HB 1578 -- Utilities Regulation

This bill repeals a provision that currently allows gas
corporations to bypass general rate proceedings and directly
petition the Missouri Public Service Commission to allow periodic
rate adjustments because of the effect of conservation on
customers' demand for gas.
