HB 1588 -- Emergency Vehicles

This bill specifies that if an accident between a emergency
vehicle and another vehicle occurs as a result of the vehicle
failing to yield the right-of-way to the emergency vehicle, the
emergency vehicle will not be subject to civil or criminal
liability for any damages resulting from the accident.
