HB 1594 -- Income Tax Exemptions

This bill authorizes an individual income tax deduction for any
military retirement benefits received by a taxpayer that has not
already been deducted or excluded from his or her federal
adjusted gross income.  The current limited deduction for
military retirement benefits is removed because of the full
deduction allowance.
