HB 1606 -- State Purchasing

This bill requires state service contracts awarded after
August 28, 2006, to include specifications that employees of
contractors or subcontractors be citizens of the United States or
authorized to work in the United States unless no comparable
domestically provided good or service can adequately duplicate
the unique features of the good or service provided by the
foreign vendor or the foreign vendor is hired to market Missouri
services or goods to a foreign country.
