HB 1630 -- Mobile Communication Devices

This bill defines "mobile communication device" and makes it a
crime to use a mobile communication device while operating a
moving motor vehicle if the driver is younger than 18 years of
age.  The penalty for this crime will be a fine not to exceed
$10, and court costs may be imposed.
