HB 1639 -- Regulation of Firearms

Sponsor:  Munzlinger

This bill prohibits the Governor from using his or her emergency
powers to confiscate firearms or revoke a permit to carry any
firearm.  The existence of a state of emergency will not affect
the constitutional and statutory provisions governing the
ownership and use of firearms.
