HB 1718 -- Public Parking Facilities in Jackson County

Sponsor:  Yates

This bill limits the fees charged to Missouri-registered vehicles
by public parking facilities in Jackson County within one-half
mile of a professional sporting event to 50% of the amount
charged for vehicles licensed out-of-state.  The bill also
prohibits the use of state or local funds to construct luxury
boxes or suites in any professional sports team facility in
Jackson County.
