HB 1733 -- St. Louis City Police Officer Compensation

This bill authorizes additional compensation or compensatory time
off for overtime, court time, and standby court time in excess of
40 hours for sergeants of the police department of the City of
St. Louis.  Currently, additional compensation and time off are
authorized only for patrol officers and probationary patrol
officers.
