HB 1734 -- St. Louis City Park Rangers

This bill requires each park ranger employed by the City of St.
Louis to complete the minimum requirements for basic training of
peace officers.  Any park ranger of the City of St. Louis who
completes the required training will have the power to make
arrests in certain locations and circumstances and will also be
required to comply with the laws regarding racial profiling.
