HB 1764 -- Bright Flight Scholarships

This bill allows former recipients of the Higher Education
Academic Scholarship Program known as Bright Flight who have
forfeited their scholarships by going to an out-of-state college
to regain their scholarships when the student returns to a
Missouri college as a result of a death in the family or a
natural disaster.
