HB 1772 -- Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Officers

This bill requires that commercial vehicle enforcement officers
meet the mandatory standards for basic training and licensure of
peace officers.  Vehicle enforcement officers who are employed
and performing their duties on August 28, 2006, will have until
July 1, 2010, to comply with the mandatory training and licensure
standards.
