HB 1786 -- Abortions

Sponsor:  Henke

This bill prohibits anyone from performing or inducing an
abortion unless it is necessary to save the life of the mother.
Anyone in violation of this provision will be guilty of a class B
felony.

The bill is contingent on the United States Supreme Court or an
act of the United States Congress prohibiting abortion on demand.
