HB 1836 -- Missouri Homeland Security Advisory Council

This bill codifies Executive Order 05-20 by establishing the
Missouri Homeland Security Advisory Council within the Department
of Public Safety which is required to meet at least quarterly to
review and evaluate current state and local homeland security
plans and make recommendations on the appropriate use of federal
homeland security grant money.  The membership and duties of the
council are specified in the bill.
