HB 1867 -- Driver's Education

This bill requires every public high school to offer a driver's
education course during the regular school year.  The bill
specifies the content of the training, the student prerequisites
for the course, and the requirements for teaching it.  Successful
completion of the course will satisfy the driving experience
requirements for the intermediate driver's license.
