HB 1882 -- Increased Imprisonment for Certain Crimes

This bill allows the maximum term of imprisonment for crimes
relating to sexual offenses and crimes against families to be
increased up to 10 years.  The crime must have been one that is
subject to imprisonment, committed against a child younger than
14 years of age, and committed by a person responsible for the
child's welfare.
