HB 1890 -- Fuel Ethanol and Qualified Biodiesel Producer Grants

This bill specifies that at least 51% of the producer-owners of a
biodiesel or fuel ethanol production facility must be Missouri
residents in order for the producers to receive production
incentive grants.
