HB 1914 -- State Employees' Retirement Systems

This bill allows members of the Missouri State Employees'
Retirement System (MOSERS) and the Missouri Department of
Transportation and Highway Patrol Employees' Retirement System
(MPERS) who have reached the limit on total annual cost-of-living
increases to receive an additional benefit amount equal to .1% of
their final average compensation multiplied by their total number
of years of creditable service.
