HB 1953 -- Mechanics Liens

Currently, a rental company must provide a written notice to a
landowner that rental equipment or machinery is being used on the
landowner's property within five business days of first using the
rental equipment.  This bill extends the time period for the
written notice to 60 days after the first use of the equipment.
