HB 1999 -- Controlled Substances Near Care Facilities

This bill revises the crime of distribution of a controlled
substance near schools to include the distribution or delivery of
any controlled substance to a person in, on, or within 2,000 feet
of a residence of an in-home child care provider who receives
compensation for caring for three or more children, a child care
facility as defined in Section 210.201, RSMo, or any long-term
care facility.
