HB 2003 -- Missouri Middle Class Tax Cut Act

This bill establishes the Missouri Middle Class Tax Cut Act which
specifies that, beginning with tax year 2006, a resident taxpayer
with a combined Missouri taxable income of less than $100,000
will be taxed at the rate of 5.5% instead of the current 6% for
taxable income over $9,000.
