HB 2006 -- Social Security Benefits

This bill authorizes a deduction from a taxpayer's adjusted gross
income for the amount of any increase in Social Security benefits
beginning January 1, 2007, for any taxpayer who is 65 years of
age or older if the increase is included in the taxpayer's
federal adjusted gross income and the taxpayer's annual income is
less than $20,000 if single or $40,000 if married.
