HB 2012 -- Motor Vehicle Emissions Inspection Program

This bill requires the Air Conservation Commission in the
Department of Natural Resources to suspend by January 1, 2007,
any motor vehicle emissions inspection program established under
the Air Quality Attainment Act passed in Senate Bill 590 in 1994.
