HB 2048 -- Tasting of Alcohol

This bill allows wineries, distillers, manufacturers,
wholesalers, or brewers to provide or pour alcoholic beverages at
no charge on their retail licensed premises for customer tasting
purposes with a special permit or a by-the-drink license.  The
authorization is extended to off premises if no sales
transactions take place.  Solicitation for later sales does not
constitute a violation of the prohibition.
