HB 2101 -- Disposable Cellular Phones

This bill requires individuals or businesses that purchase 12 or
more disposable cellular phones at one time to provide their
name, address, and land-line number to the retailer.  The records
will be sent to the Office of the Attorney General who is
required to retain that information in a database.
