HB 2125 -- Licensing of Emergency Medical Technicians

This bill transfers the licensing authority for emergency medical
technicians from the Department of Health and Senior Services to
the State Board of Registration for the Healing Arts within the
Division of Professional Registration.  The Advisory Commission
for Emergency Medical Technicians is established to guide,
advise, and make recommendations to the board.
