HB 2138 -- Intermediate Driver's Licenses

This bill restricts any person with an intermediate driver's
license from operating a vehicle accompanied by more than one
passenger younger than 18 years of age and further restricts any
passengers younger than 18 years of age between the hours of 10
p.m. and 5 a.m. unless accompanied by an individual older than 21
years of age, a parent, or an instructor.
