HB 2159 -- Missouri Civil Defense Fire Rescue Squad

This bill reorganizes Missouri's Volunteer Fire Protection
Association and renames it the Missouri Civil Defense Fire Rescue
Squad.  The Missouri Civil Defense Fire Rescue Squad will provide
its members and subscribers with fire rescue services and will
provide the general public with public safety services as a
standing ready-reserve fire rescue squad and civil defense
emergency, catastrophe, and disaster response organization.  The
penalty provisions currently in law will be applicable to the new
fire rescue squad.
