HJR 33 -- Replacement Tax Levy

This proposed constitutional amendment requires, upon voter
approval, any countywide replacement tax levy for the loss in
revenue from the exemption of certain personal property of
manufacturers, refiners, distributors, wholesalers, and retail
merchants and establishments to be adjusted in accordance with
Article X, Section 22 of the Missouri Constitution.
