HJR 44 -- Personal Property Tax Exemption

This proposed constitutional amendment exempts, upon voter
approval, one motor vehicle from personal property tax if owned
for the entire tax year by any active-duty military personnel who
is absent from Missouri more than 270 days.  The vehicle cannot
be driven during that time.
