Summary of the Perfected Version of the Bill

HCS HB 1045, 1152, 1267 & 1634 -- MEMORIAL HIGHWAYS AND BRIDGES

COMMITTEE OF ORIGIN:  Transportation

This substitute designates the following memorial highways and
bridges:

(1)  The portion of State Highway M, within the limits of the
City of Irondale, in Washington County as the "Trooper Robert
Kolilis Memorial Highway";

(2)  The bridges on U. S. Highway 60 over the Current River
located within the limits of the City of Van Buren as the "Sgt.
Dewayne Graham, Jr. Memorial Bridge MO State Hwy Patrol";

(3)  The portion of U. S. Highway 60 from the intersection of
State Route MM to the intersection of State Highway 181 in Texas
County as the "Trooper D. Kevin Floyd Memorial Highway";

(4)  The portion of Interstate 44 from mile marker 91 to mile
marker 94 in Webster County as the "Corporal Jay Sampietro MO
State Highway Patrol Memorial Highway";

(5)  The portion of U. S. Highway 54 located within Camden County
from the eastern limits of the City of Macks Creek to the western
limits of the City of Camdenton as the "Trooper Ross S. Creach
Memorial Highway";

(6)  The two-mile portion of Interstate 44 heading east from the
intersection of U. S. Highway 50 in Franklin County as the
"Trooper Ralph Tatoian Memorial Highway";

(7)  The portion of Interstate 44 in Webster County, not already
designated, as the "Edwin P. Hubble Memorial Highway"; and

(8)  The portion of Interstate 70 between mile marker 144 and 155
in Callaway County as the "Missouri Fire Fighters' Memorial
Highway."

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds in FY 2007, FY 2008, and
FY 2009.
