HB 1504 -- INSURANCE BOARD MEMBERSHIP (Yates)

COMMITTEE OF ORIGIN:  Insurance Policy

This bill modifies the membership requirements for the board of
directors of the Missouri Health Insurance Pool and the Medical
Malpractice Joint Underwriting Association.  The committee member
requirements for the Missouri Basic Property Insurance Inspection
and Placement Program are also modified.

FISCAL NOTE:  No impact on state funds in FY 2007, FY 2008, and
FY 2009.
