SCS HCS HB 1762 -- DISABLED LICENSE PLATES AND PLACARDS

This bill exempts a person who presents proof of permanent
disability from the United States Veterans Administration from
the four-year certification requirement for renewal of disabled
license plates or placards.  Initial applications must include a
physician's statement confirming the individual's disability.

Advanced practice registered nurses licensed pursuant to
Chapter 335, RSMo, are allowed to issue a physician's statement
for disabled license plates and placards.
