AN ACT

To amend chapter 227, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the Sgt. Dewayne Graham, Jr. Memorial Bridge.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

            Section A. Chapter 227, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 227.359, to read as follows:

            227.359. The bridges on state highway 60 crossing the Current River that are located within the city limits of Van Buren shall be designated individually as the "Sgt. Dewayne Graham, Jr. Memorial Bridge MO State Hwy Patrol". The bridges shall be collectively designated as the "Sgt. Dewayne Graham, Jr. Memorial Bridges MO State Hwy Patrol". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such bridges, with the costs to be paid for by the Missouri State Troopers Association.
