AN ACT
To amend chapter 252, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to hunting permits.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Chapter 252, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 252.057, to read as follows:
252.057. Any resident of Missouri who completes basic training in any branch of the Armed Forces of the United States or the National Guard may present military identification or a certified copy of such person's DD Form 214 Report of Separation in lieu of the hunter education certificate required under 3 CSR 10.5-215 and obtain a hunting permit.
