AN ACT
To amend chapter 227, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to a highway designation.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:
Section A. Chapter 227, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 227.385, to read as follows:
227.385. The portion of Interstate 44 located within a county with a charter form of government and with more than one million inhabitants from mile marker 257 to mile marker 259 shall be named the "Trooper Ralph Tatoian Memorial Highway". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating such highway, with the costs to be paid by the Missouri State Troopers Association.
