HCS/SB 237 - This act allows Kansas City to establish, by order or ordinance, an administrative adjudication system for adjudicating parking and other civil, nonmoving municipal code violations. Currently, the City of St. Louis may establish such a system.

This act is similar to provisions of SCS/HCS/HB 795 (2007), SS/SCS/HB 69 (2007) & CCS/HCS/SS/SCS/SB 22 (2007).
