HB 1010 -- Mini-Trucks

This bill allows mini-trucks to be operated on all Missouri
roadways except interstate highways.  These trucks must comply
with all traffic, titling, registration, and license plate
regulations.

A "mini-truck" is defined as an imported vehicle with a passenger
cab that is approximately 10.5 feet long and 4.5 feet wide, with
a 660 cc engine or smaller and capable of speeds around 55 miles
per hour.
