HB 1020 -- Political Subdivision Internet Services

This bill prohibits cities, towns, villages, counties, and other
political subdivisions from providing Internet access services
for which a certificate of service is required under
Section 392.410, RSMo, unless the services are in operation on or
before September 1, 2007.
