HB 1022 -- Unemployment Compensation Benefits

This bill specifies that a worker discharged for providing false
information on an application for employment concerning criminal
convictions or qualification for a position will be deemed to
have been discharged for misconduct and disqualified for the
waiting week credit and benefits provided in the unemployment
compensation laws.
