HB 1026 -- Posting of Property Against Trespassing

Sponsor:  Loehner

In addition to the current requirements for posting real property
against trespassing, this bill allows owners to cap or otherwise
mark with purple the top two inches of fence posts placed no more
than 36 feet apart as a no trespass sign.  The marking is
required to be on both sides of the fence post and agreed upon by
the land owners on both sides of the fence.
