HB 1064 -- Deductions for Charitable Contributions by School
District Employees

Sponsor:  Hunter

Currently, school districts in Missouri can make certain
deductions from the wages of their employees if requested to do
so by 10 or more employees.  This bill requires that the request
be renewed at least once a year.  Deductions cannot be for
membership dues, and the deductions for voluntary contributions
must be for voluntary charitable contributions.
