HB 1085 -- Noise Ordinances

This bill exempts wildlife preserves from any criminal liability
or a public or private nuisance or trespass action arising out of
the sound emission resulting from the normal use of the preserve.
Any firearm range or wildlife preserve that must relocate to
another site within the same political subdivision due to an
eminent domain condemnation proceeding will not be subject to any
noise control standard that is more stringent than any in effect
at the time the firearm range or wildlife preserve was initially
approved for construction.
