HB 1114 -- Telehealth Services

This bill allows and strongly encourages the Missouri Medicaid
Program, prisons, and schools that serve as Medicaid providers to
use telehealth services where appropriate.  The departments of
Health and Senior Services, Mental Health, and Social Services
are required to establish rules regarding the use of telehealth
services, and the Department of Social Services must reimburse
providers for telehealth services.
