HB 1132 -- Child Visitation Rights

Currently, if a custodial parent denies visitation to the
grandparents of his or her child, a court may grant reasonable
visitation rights to the grandparents.  This bill allows an aunt
or uncle to petition the court for visitation if the grandparents
of the child are deceased.  However, the court is not required to
grant visitation to all aunts and uncles of the child, but may
limit visitation to one aunt or uncle.
