HB 115 -- Institutional Vandalism

This bill increases the penalty for the crime of institutional
vandalism from a class A misdemeanor to a class D felony when a
person vandalizes, defaces, or otherwise damages any cemetery,
mortuary, military monument, or other facility used for the
purpose of burial or memorializing the dead.
