HB 1212 -- Mechanic's Liens

This bill makes enforceable any agreement by an original
contractor on behalf of a subcontractor, supplier, or laborer to
waive any right to enforce or claim a mechanic's lien against a
property owner when the agreement was in anticipation of an award
of a contract to perform work or supply materials for an
improvement to real estate.
