HB 1252 -- Renewable Fuels

This bill removes the exception that if a distributor is unable
to obtain fuel ethanol or fuel ethanol-blended gasoline at the
same or lower price as unblended gasoline, he or she will not be
in violation of the Missouri Renewable Fuel Standard Act.  All
retail fuel sales after January 1, 2008, must contain 10%
ethanol-blended fuel without regard to the market price of
regular fuel.
