HB 161 -- Storm Water Control Bonds

This bill authorizes the Board of Fund Commissioners, in addition
to the amounts authorized prior to August 28, 2008, to issue an
additional $20 million in bonds for grants and loans under
Article III of the Missouri Constitution for storm water control
in first classification counties and St. Louis City.
