HB 230 -- State Employees' Retirement Systems

This bill allows members of the Missouri State Employees'
Retirement System (MOSERS) and the Missouri Department of
Transportation and Highway Patrol Employees' Retirement System
(MPERS) who retired prior to July 1, 1990, to receive, upon
application to the retirement board, a monthly increase of $5
multiplied by their number of years of creditable service.
