HB 259 -- Missouri 4 For More Program

This bill establishes the Missouri 4 For More Program to allow
parents, guardians, and step parents to receive four hours of
paid leave each month to work with their children in their
school.  The school district will provide a written statement
that indicates the person has spent four hours in the school
working with his or her child.  The program is optional and will
be administered by the Department of Elementary and Secondary
Education.
